What we do

Three offers, deliberately few. Each one is a real, scoped piece of work — not an open-ended retainer designed to never end. They stack: most clients start with an audit, some go on to a build, a few keep us on fractionally.

GTM Audit & Roadmap

Find the leak before you spend a euro fixing it.

What it is. A fixed-price, 4–6 week diagnostic of your entire go-to-market motion. We run your funnel through the Growth Marketing Canvas™, dig into your data, map every stage from awareness to referral, and find where you're actually losing people and money. You walk away with a prioritised roadmap, a qualified backlog of experiments, and a concrete recommendation for the stack that would support them.

What you get.

  • A funnel teardown across all six AAARRR stages, grounded in your real numbers
  • A ranked backlog of experiments — scored by impact, confidence, and effort
  • A 12-month growth roadmap your team can run with or without us
  • A stack recommendation: what to keep, kill, build — and what each tool costs

What it costs. Fixed price, quoted after a scoping call. No surprises, no delivery lock-in. If the roadmap is all you need, take it and go — with our blessing.

Best for. Founders and marketing leaders who suspect their funnel is leaking but can't see where, or who've been quoted a fortune for a "transformation" and want a second opinion from someone technical.

GTM Stack Deployment

A go-to-market engine you own outright.

What it is. We design and build the technical infrastructure behind your go-to-market: web and product analytics, the customer-data layer, lifecycle and email, experimentation, and the automation that wires it all together. We build it on open, well-supported tools, host it on European infrastructure, and document it so your team operates it confidently. When the project ends, it's yours — code, data, configuration, and all.

What we deploy (illustrative — final picks depend on your situation; see The Open GTM Stack):

  • Analytics that doesn't sell your visitors' data
  • A customer-data layer in your warehouse, not a vendor's
  • Lifecycle & email that sends to your whole list without per-contact pricing
  • Experimentation so you can actually test, not guess
  • Automation & orchestration connecting the pieces — and, where it earns its place, AI for lead scoring, localisation, or retention prediction

Why owned beats rented. No per-contact pricing that punishes you for growing. No data held hostage in a platform you can't export. No "the integration broke and only the vendor can fix it." And no margin skimmed on tools you could have run yourself. You pay us to build it well — once — not to rent it back to you forever.

How it's built. MAD Kings designs and orchestrates. The engineering is delivered by our build partner; the infrastructure runs on European hosting by default. You get senior thinking and production-grade implementation, not one without the other.

Fractional GTM Lead

Senior GTM brain, embedded, with hands behind it.

What it is. A senior MAD Kings operator works inside your team part-time — owning the GTM strategy and the experiment cadence — backed by a delivery network that executes. Think of it as the "dedicated Growth Lead" model we ran in 2018, rebuilt for 2026: the lead does the thinking and steering; the network does the building, the CRO, the performance work, the automation.

What it covers.

  • GTM strategy and quarterly planning, run off the Canvas
  • A live experiment backlog and a real testing rhythm
  • Hands-on delivery through our freelance network — CRO, automation, analytics, performance
  • Honest reporting on what's working, what's not, and what we're killing

What it costs. Monthly retainer, scoped to the days per week you need. Designed to flex down as your in-house team grows — we're not trying to become permanent furniture.

Best for. Funded startups and scale-ups who need GTM leadership now but aren't ready to hire a full-time VP and a team underneath them.

Not sure which one?

Start with a 20-minute call. We'll figure out whether you need a diagnosis, a build, or a steady hand — and we'll tell you if the answer is "none of the above, here's what to do instead."
