By accessing this website you agree to be bound by these terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and you accept responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The site's content, design and marks are protected by copyright and trademark.

2. Use licence

We grant you a limited, temporary licence to view and download materials on this site for personal, non-commercial use. Under this licence you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use them for any commercial purpose or public display;
• attempt to reverse-engineer any software on the site;
• remove any copyright or proprietary notices;
• transfer the materials to anyone else or mirror them on another server.

This licence ends automatically if you breach any of these restrictions, and may be ended by us at any time. On termination, please destroy any downloaded copies.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on this site are provided "as is". We make no warranties, express or implied, and disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant the accuracy or reliability of the materials or of any sites linked to this one.

To the extent permitted by law, MAD Kings and its suppliers will not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data or profit, or business interruption) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the materials on this site — even if we've been notified of the possibility. The materials on this site may include technical, typographical or photographic errors. We don't warrant that any material is accurate, complete or current, and we may change content at any time without notice. We don't, however, commit to keeping it updated.

We haven't reviewed every site linked from here and aren't responsible for their contents. A link doesn't imply endorsement. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

We may revise these terms at any time without notice. By using the site you agree to be bound by the version then in force.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.

Privacy policy

Your privacy matters — and it's consistent with what we sell. We build go-to-market stacks that keep data in Europe and out of vendor black boxes, and we run this site the same way.

What we collect

• Analytics. We use Umami, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool. It doesn't track you across sites, doesn't sell your data, and collects only aggregate, anonymised usage (page views, country, referrer). No personal profiles, no advertising pixels.
• Contact form. If you fill in the contact form, we receive what you submit (name, work email, company, and your answers) for the sole purpose of replying and assessing fit. We don't sell it, and we don't add you to a marketing list without consent.

How we handle it

• We collect personal data only for purposes we identify, by lawful and fair means.
• We use it only for those purposes, unless you consent to something else.
• We keep it only as long as needed, and apply reasonable safeguards against loss, theft, and unauthorised access.
• We aim to keep it accurate, relevant and current.

Your rights (GDPR)

As this is operated from the EU, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@madkings.com and we'll respond within a reasonable period.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
